Kate Hudson Is Running Wild and 'Freaking Out' During Bear Grylls Rappelling Challenge

From Almost Famous to fully terrified, Kate Hudson confronts one of her fears in an upcoming episode of Running Wild with Bear Grylls. 

In an exclusive sneak peek, the Oscar-nominated actress is bracing to rappel down the side of a mountain as she tells Grylls, "Oh man, this is freaking me out."

In the episode, Hudson and Grylls spend 48 hours on a challenging, snowy trip through the Dolomites, a formidable Italian mountain range. Their journey evenincludes an ant-tasting session – a far cry from the luxurious meals Hudson has enjoyed during awards season. 

Hudson, 36, is only one of many celebrities who will be crossing items off their bucket lists with Grylls, 41, on the second season of the adventurous reality show: Kate Winslet, Drew Brees, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Ed Helms, Michelle Rodriguez, James Marsden and Michael B. Jordan will also appear in later episodes.
